The Role

You will lead on a variety of exciting projects across Scotland. Based in Ayr, this role offers a dynamic blend of client engagement, land management, and high-level consulting with rural and utility clients. From securing project access for utilities to handling rural valuations and property sales, you'll have the chance to shape impactful projects in a growing firm with a national reputation.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Qualified & Experienced: MRICS qualified (Registered Valuer preferred), with experience in rural surveying.
  • Self-Starter: A motivated individual who can work independently and collaboratively, ready to progress to Senior Associate or Partner level.
  • Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written skills to foster relationships and drive business development.
  • Organised & Knowledgeable: Agile in task management with solid market insight across the rural, forestry, and farming sectors.
  • Bonus Skills: Practical farming/forestry experience and basic understanding of wayleaves.
