I grew up on a farm in Leicestershire and always wanted to be a farmer. However, I followed a sporting route and ended up playing semi-professional ice hockey from the age of 16. I fell into recruitment moving to London to start my career and haven't looked back. During this time I have continued to play ice hockey and building my recruitment career. Now joining my childhood passion of the Rural sector and more recent passion of recruitment together at MorePeople.
