As a Strategic Sourcing Manager, you'll be at the forefront of shaping a world-class supply base, sourcing growers and suppliers internationally and building strong, long-term partnerships. Your role will involve aligning supply with demand, managing procurement risks and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure standards are met across the board. You'll report on supplier performance, negotiate terms, and play a vital role in driving the company's commercial and strategic goals.

What experience do I need?

Additional European language skills would also be particularly useful!
