Join Our Team as a Relief Farm Manager!
Our client is looking for an experienced Relief Farm Manager to step in and keep the farms running smoothly when Farm Managers and Assistants need a break. You'll oversee daily operations, ensuring top-notch animal welfare, safety, and hygiene standards, and manage systems like feed, water, and lighting to keep the birds thriving. You'll also maintain accurate records and manage alarms (call-outs included!).
They are looking for someone with experience in poultry farming, strong decision-making skills, and the ability to work independently. A Level 2/3 Poultry Passport qualification and a full driving license are required (van provided for farm visits). Supervisory experience is a plus!
What you will need:
- Previous experience with Broilers
- Level 2/3 Poultry Passport
- Strong decision-making and budget management skills
