Background
Rachel studied Applied Sport and Exercise Science at Sheffield Hallam before moving home to Rutland and becoming a negotiator at an estate agent. She then moved on to be a farm service coordinator at a grain cooperative which combined her enjoyment of talking to new people and an interest in agriculture, having grown up on a farm. Deciding it was time for a new challenge she has joined MorePeople.

Currently plays hockey for Market Harborough Hockey Club and was the first girl to play cricket for the boys at Stamford School.
