Your Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing the outdoor plant area with confidence, stepping in for the department manager when needed.

Share your plant expertise and assist customers in finding the perfect plants for their gardens.

Handle EPOS systems, manage POS materials, and ensure the department runs seamlessly.

Work closely with your team to foster a positive and productive work environment.

About You

We're seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Hardy Plant Supervisor with a deep passion for horticulture. Your experience in Garden Retail will be highly valued, but more importantly, your expertise in hardy plants and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service will set you apart.

Key Qualifications

Strong knowledge of hardy plants is essential.

Previous experience in garden retail or a similar environment is highly desirable.

Ability to support, inspire, and motivate a team.

Comfortable with EPOS systems and managing POS materials.
