What's the job?

Confidently manage the outdoor plant area, setting an example for your team. Share your plant knowledge and help customers choose the best plants for their gardens. Oversee EPOS systems, manage POS materials, and ensure smooth department operations. Collaborate with your team to foster a positive work environment.

You'll be responsible for delivering excellent results and helping drive the centre forwards to achieve targets.

Developing an excellent customer experience is a must too, you need to be committed to making the shopping experience as memorable as possible

What do I need?

We're seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Hardy Plant Manager with a strong passion for horticulture. While experience in Garden Retail is a plus, your expertise in hardy plants and dedication to exceptional customer service will make you stand out.

High energy levels, communication and people management will come naturally to you.

You must be driven and passionate to make something your own all while upholding the high standards that the centre already has.
