Michail was born and raised in Rhodes, Greece. He played football semi-professionally for years where his love for sport took him to do a BSc in Physiotherapy at Queen Margaret University. After graduating he began his career in retail but was looking for a career change and found recruitment. He looks forward to learning more about the industry and making a positive impact.

I’ve always been interested in working at a Garden Centre. A few months ago Michail called me about a position at Holt Garden Centre. All the way through the selection process, he was available to support me and prepare me for the interviews whilst he also spoke regularly with the Garden Centre. I got the job, but it didn’t stop there, Michail has checked in on a number of occasions (including the day before I started and during the first week).
