About the company:
We are working with a long-established and highly regarded fresh produce business that grows and packs produce for the retail sector

The Role:
Maintain QA systems and procedures, support members of the QA team, provide guidance to the packhouse in the event of quality issues, monitoring of stock - age and condition regularly. To drive product rotation and optimisation ensuring appropriate stock usage at all times. Monitor quality performance trends, formally follow up all Customer complaints, depot rejections and warnings. Prepare reports/Meeting notes in relation to QMS system HACCP, Quarterly Quality and project work where necessary.

The Candidate:
This will be a great role for a graduate who has had a placement year in a technical/quality role within a fresh produce or food manufacturing business. This role would suit someone with lots of drive and who is self-motivated. We are looking for someone who can communicate well and build strong relationships with procurement teams, suppliers, operations and the wider internal teams. Having good analytical skills and being well-organised is essential.
