We are working with a leading fresh produce business that supplies into retailers with a range of pre-packed fresh produce items, they have very high standards and are looking for an experienced Technical Manager to drive the Development & Technical agenda with leading retail customers.

The role
Be the key point of contact with retail customers
Technical management of supply base for key customers
Hosting of customer and supplier visits
Ensuring products, systems and procedures are compliant with customers' code of practice
Develop research and innovation plans for customers
Deputise for the Head of Technical when required

The candidate
Experience working as a Customer Technical Manager within fresh produce
Ideally Top 4 retailer experience
Management of product launches
Have excellent communication skills
Ability to influence
