This is an exciting opportunity for a Technical Manager to join a great business in supplying some of the UK's leading restaurants and hotels.

You will be responsible for ensuring the safety, quality and legality of all foods manufactured on site (predominantly fresh fruit & veg based). This will also include the successful candidate being able to build and maintain good relationships with customers, suppliers and 3rd parties on all aspects of fresh food manufacture and supply.
