About the Role:
As a Product Manager / Technical Manager / Quality Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing and improving third-party storage and handling facilities. Your focus will be on ensuring exceptional product quality, driving operational efficiency, and maintaining strong relationships within the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:
Quality Control: Inspect facilities, ensure optimal storage conditions, and enforce quality protocols.
Logistics Coordination: Manage stock allocation and collaborate with logistics partners.
Relationship Management: Build strong connections with facility personnel, growers, and customers.
Supply Chain Monitoring: Analyse quality data and implement control measures.
Customer Satisfaction: Handle specifications, respond to inquiries, and drive continuous improvement.
Safety Compliance: Ensure health, safety, and food hygiene standards are met.

What We're Looking For:
Experience: Background in Product Management / Quality Management / Technical Management within fresh produce (fruit experience preferred).
Technical Skills: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Driving License: Valid UK driving license required.
Problem-Solving Mindset: A proactive, self-motivated approach with strong initiative.
Communication & Organisation: Ability to work effectively with growers, logistics teams, and customers.
Flexibility: Willingness to travel across the UK and abroad.
