What's the job?

No two days are the same. You'll oversee sales and provide feedback on plant performance, experiment with new sales methods, and adapt to market changes. Engaging with garden centres, you'll encourage them to stock specialist plants, focusing on both independent centres and larger groups, covering everywhere South of Birmingham. You'll also work on branding and merchandising, coordinating with central facilities for repackaging and relabeling plants.

What are the requirements?

You'll need a proven track record in garden centre operations and plant sales, with a passion for plants and a deep understanding of horticulture. Strong sales acumen is essential, as is the flexibility to adapt to market needs and customer preferences. Commitment to developing and succeeding in this role is crucial.
