You will be responsible for:

As a Sales Manager, you will maintain and improve sales within the current customer base while targeting new accounts. Your focus will be on expanding into Garden Centres and independent retailers. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers will be crucial. Representing the business at trade shows and industry events will also be part of your role. Travel across the UK and Ireland, with some international travel as needed, is expected.

What you'll need:

To succeed in this role, you should have proven sales experience in the horticulture industry and an essential understanding of the Garden Centre market. Strong interpersonal skills will help you thrive in this competitive industry. You should be self-motivated, ambitious, and determined, with excellent presentation and negotiation skills. Flexibility to travel and stay away from home when necessary, along with the ability to achieve results both individually and as part of a team, is essential.
