This is an exciting opportunity for you, as an experienced Rural Practice Surveyor, to join a dedicated and forward-thinking national firm in their rural consultancy department, specialising in Professional Surveying.

The Company

Our client is a leading multi-disciplinary professional service firm, offering a full range of services to their rural client base. You'll be working directly with a wide range of clients and putting your knowledge to practical use to accelerate their growth, as well as developing new business across the region.

The Role

You'll be responsible for building and maintaining individual client relationships, and individual areas of Rural Professional Practice with a focus on Valuations but also including other rural professional services, though the role is flexible to your skillset. Our client is equally interested in speaking to those with an interest in a blended professional consultancy role around valuation but to include some Estate Management and those with Commercial Valuation experience will be considered.

The Ideal Candidate

You will be educated to a degree level in a relevant discipline with a MRICS/AssocRICS and at least 2 years PQE. You will be a strong communicator with good problem-solving skills. You will be omfortable with a high degree of autonomy and be a commercially astute, lateral thinker and capable of generating new business. You will possess good interpersonal skills and an ability to assimilate and convey complex information to a variety of audiences. You will have an ability to manage time effectively and work in an organised and methodical fashion, with high levels of attention to detail.

A full UK driving license is essential for this role.
