An independent firm specializing in Chartered Surveying, Estate Agency, and Land, Property, and Farm Management. Located in scenic rural settings near Ipswich and Bury St Edmunds, the firm provides comprehensive advice on a wide range of land and property-related matters across East Anglia.

Their expertise includes valuations, planning and development issues, compensation claims, infrastructure projects, farming and tenancy agreements, succession planning, BPS, and grant schemes. They also serve as one of the leading AMC agents in the region.

The Role

The Ideal Candidate

You are a highly motivated and organized Rural Surveyor with 2-5 years of post-qualification experience.

Ideally, you will hold both FAAV and MRICS qualifications and possess the confidence and competence to provide advice on a broad range of professional matters.

Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset are essential.

A competitive remuneration package, commensurate with experience, is offered. A valid driving license, car ownership, and excellent IT skills are required.
