Are you ready for a challenging role in a dynamic environment? I'm looking for a skilled Multiskilled Refrigeration Engineer to join an exciting bakery environment, working 38.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday, with rotating shifts (06:00-14:30/13:30-22:00) and a weekly on-call rota. You'll also handle site checks on one weekend out of four.

In this role, you'll oversee daily plant checks, including ammonia-glycol, Freon/FGAS, CO2 spiral, and cooling tower systems. You'll monitor and act on faults, manage water samples, and ensure compliance with safety and maintenance protocols. With your experience in Freon, CO2, and ammonia refrigerants, alongside a strong electrical and mechanical background, you'll be key in maintaining and repairing plant equipment, including handling breakdowns and performing PPMs.

You will need a Category 1 FGAS Certificate, Level 2 Refrigeration and Electrical qualifications, and experience with complex control panels and inverters. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude are essential.
