The business is a well-established Fresh Produce supplier looking for a hands-on leader to join our busy packhouse facility, supporting production across two shifts.

The role

You will help to manage a busy packhouse and work across 2 shifts to cover a variety of duties including training, mentoring, absence, KPI management, disciplinary & overall effectiveness of the team. Unique opportunity to work alongside existing supervisors responsible for the day to day and have more time to focus on other aspects of management.

About you

• Experience in a supervisory role in food
• HACCP
• IOSH (preferred)
• Essential that you can commute without public transport
