The business I am working with is offering a fantastic opportunity for someone who has previous experience working with Proseal equipment. The role will have you supporting and learning from the production manager enabling future progression opportunities for those who want them.

The Role

As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for the performance and safety of 3+ lines and their subsequent teams, with a line leader reporting directly to you, the ability to manage and train these teams effectively will be key to success

The company I am working with are a well-renowned breeder and grower of suit fruit with multiple sites across the UK and Europe, once again meaning there can be further progression opportunities for those who would seek them out.

What you'll need

• Previous experience managing teams or leading lines.
• Experience working within an FMCG environment, preferably with fresh produce
• Experience working with Proseal machines will prove beneficial
