Are you an experienced team leader within the Food industry looking for their next challenge with a growing business?

The Business is an established food manufacturer in Lincolnshire that has experienced high levels of growth across the past year and is looking for a Production Supervisor to join them and manage a zone within the factory.

The Role

To ensure everything within your zone of the factory runs both efficiently and effectively. Maintain quality and food safety standards as well as a keen focus on people management and mentoring. Health & Safety should be at the core of everything you do, reporting in to the Head of Operations who is a hands-on Manager.

About You

• Experience managing a team within a food environment
• HACCP & IOSH (or equivalent)
• People-focused leader
• Experience in growing teams and new commissions (preferred)
• Dedicated and ambitious
• A mentor with training experience
• Competent with risk assessments and reports
