What's the job?

As Plant Area Manager you'll be responsible for the smooth running of the Plant Area.

Helping to advise customers in choosing the right Plants, Buildings, Paving and Accessories for their gardens. You would drive sales in the Plant Area, promoting great customer service within the team and supervising colleagues.

You'll be responsible for delivering excellent results and helping drive the centre forwards to achieve targets.

What do I need?

You will need a background in horticulture and experience managing and running a planteria.

Excellent knowledge of plants and all things horticulture.

High energy levels, communication and people management will come naturally to you.
