Join a leading manufacturer that specialises in the production and supply of fresh produce. They are primarily involved in the farming, harvesting, and distribution of a variety of vegetables and salads. They aim to provide high-quality, fresh produce to retailers and consumers.
As a Building and Facilities Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance and operation of the plant's facilities. Your role will involve working on refrigeration air compressors, maintaining the plant room, and handling plumbing tasks. You will also be required to use Excel for reporting and data management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance on refrigeration air compressors and plant rooms to ensure optimal operation.
- Carry out plumbing tasks to maintain and repair the facility's systems.
- Utilise Excel to prepare and deliver reports on maintenance activities and project progress.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conduct briefings, and deliver inductions to maintain a safe working environment.
- Use a valid driving license for necessary travel and transport related to maintenance tasks.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in building and facilities maintenance or a related field.
- Experience working with refrigeration air compressors and plant room maintenance.
- Strong plumbing skills.
- Proficiency in using Excel for reporting and data management.
- A valid driving license.
