Key Responsibilities

As the Plant Area Manager, you will oversee the entire plant area, ensuring it is vibrant, well-maintained, and fully stocked. Your responsibilities will include managing inventory, ordering, and merchandising to create attractive displays. You will provide exceptional customer service, offering expert advice and solutions to customers' gardening needs. Additionally, you will lead and train a team of staff, ensuring high standards of plant care and maintenance, and coordinate with suppliers to source the best quality plants and products.

The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a candidate with proven experience in horticulture and plant area management. Strong leadership and team management skills are essential, along with excellent communication and customer service abilities. Knowledge of plant care, pest management, and sustainable gardening practices is required. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is a must. A passion for plants and a commitment to providing an outstanding customer experience are crucial.
