The role

Managing the packhouse day to day, setting and monitoring KPI's. Facilitating the growth and expansion of the Packhouse as well as your position as the product range grows. Commitment to Health & Safety in your area, ensuring all staff members are safe and precautions taken. Responsible for stock control and ordering of packaging.

About you

You will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position managing a multi-functional team. You will understand the complexities of Fresh Produce and the quality standards of the product as well as those set out by Red Tractor and the BRC. You will be a strong leader who is ambitious and wants to progress. HACCP needed.
