As Head of Rural Client Finance, what will your day-to-day consist of?

You'll be based at the Chelmsford office leading a team of 20, ensuring they deliver a high quality, high standard bookkeeping and accountancy service to a wide range of clients. You'll need to ensure all department heads and their teams are meeting agreed timetables and objectives through training, development and monitoring to establish compliance.

Is this you?

You'll be ACCA/CIMA qualified with previous experience in practice or property. Knowledge of VAT rules in land and property would be advantageous also. Confident in client management/experience whilst leading a team.
