Background
After graduating with a degree in Dance from De Montfort University in 2016, Natalie made the move alone from her hometown of Boston to Peterborough and eventually Stamford. Natalie has since worked in a variety of customer service roles across an array of industries such as finance and food service & hospitality.

Joining MorePeople in 2022, Natalie works in our Professional Services Team, recruiting across our industries for Finance, HR, Admin and Business Support roles from entry level through to main board and level.
Interesting fact about Natalie...
During my A-Levels I was given the opportunity to run and teach the schools dance club to give the younger students the chance to perform in the end of year dance show at the Embassy Theatre!
