The role

You will have full P&L responsibility for the Glasshouse account; setting and delivering budgets, long-term forecasting of production, managing supplier relationships, as well as working with the commercial team to review sale prices for crops.
Day to day you will manage all operations within the glasshouse, responsible for recruitment, line management and labour planning whilst maintaining a focus on Health & Safety.

About you

You will have at least 3 years of experience in Operations Management supplying UK supermarkets. Experience managing within a glasshouse is preferable. Someone with an interest in technology and it's advancement would so well in this position. They are looking for a true people manager who will help the glasshouse and it's staff excel whilst maintaining quality, safety and commercial viability.
