I'm working on a really exciting opportunity to join a well-known business within the agriculture sector with their ethos focusing on stability, fairness and efficiency.

What will a typical day look like?

You'll work alongside the Fleet Co-ordinator to ensure effective communication with all parties. Ensuring you execute the transport plan. You, will additionally to support the existing Fleet Co-ordinators in all aspects of the day to day operation of the fleet while ensuring we adhere to all aspects of fleet compliance.

Other responsibilities include:

• Working with vehicle management team/ensure all MOT's and servicing is adhered to
• Driver and farmer communication regarding their planned jobs for the day
• Ensuring drivers are complying with regulations
• Make sure 3rd party haulage remain compliant

Is this you?

You will have ideally worked in a similar role or be familiar with the agricultural/farming sector. You'll have excellent time keeping skills, have a pro-active approach to learning, development & continuous improvement. You'll also be expected to promote the business values and objectives which are:
