Field Service Maintenance Engineer
UK-wide travel (Central base in Warwickshire)
Completive Salary + Bonuses + Overtime and travel pay + Company Van + 6% Pension

Are you a hands-on engineer with a passion for horticulture and an interest in supporting the UK's green sector? We're looking for a Field Service Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established leader in horticultural automation, known for delivering first-class solutions to UK growers for over 25 years.

The Role:
As a Field Service Maintenance Engineer, you'll be out on the road, installing, maintaining, and repairing a range of horticultural equipment, from irrigation systems and hydroponics to greenhouse setups. You'll work alongside an experienced team, committed to providing a high standard of service to clients across the UK - from small-scale farms to large botanical sites.

What's on Offer:
You'll be part of a respected, Warwickshire-based team known for their dedication and expertise in horticultural engineering. This role will give you plenty of variety, exposure to the latest horticultural tech, and the chance to work closely with clients who are as passionate about plant care as you are.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot horticultural equipment including irrigation systems, hydroponics, and greenhouse tech.
  • Support a range of clients with technical advice and solutions, ensuring high standards are consistently met.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry innovations and continuously improve service quality.

About You:

  • Qualifications: A relevant qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering.
  • Full UK Driving Licence: Essential, with a clean driving record.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel and work flexible hours to meet client demands.
  • Client-Focused: Friendly and professional, with excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Self-Motivated: Able to work independently, with a proactive approach and a strong work ethic.

If you're ready to take your engineering career on the road and work with a dedicated team in the horticultural sector, we'd love to hear from you! Jake@MorePeople.co.uk or 07483 112 048
