We are looking for an enthusiastic Farm Shop Manager to lead the food hall at a well-established, independent garden centre. The food hall is a real gem, stocked with a fantastic selection of artisan goods, fresh local produce, and gourmet treats. We need someone who can maintain high standards while driving sales and enhancing the customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing

• Overseeing the day-to-day running of the farm shop, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service.
• Managing stock levels, sourcing exciting new products, and building relationships with local suppliers.
• Leading and motivating a small team, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Creating eye-catching displays that showcase our fantastic range of food and drink.
• Monitoring sales performance and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and compliance.

What We're Looking For

• Retail management experience, ideally within food retail or a farm shop/deli environment.
• A passion for quality food and an understanding of local and seasonal produce.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
• A commercial mindset with a keen eye for stock control and merchandising.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
