About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a temporary Commercial Property Agent/Surveyor to join a thriving Commercial team in Norwich for 3-6 months. This varied role involves assisting with the marketing and disposal of a diverse portfolio of properties, including offices, retail, and industrial spaces. Although this is a short-term role, there is potential for it to become a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the promotion and marketing of an existing portfolio of commercial property assets, primarily in Norfolk and the surrounding areas.
• Identifying tenants or buyers, negotiating sales and letting terms, preparing Heads of Terms, instructing solicitors, and overseeing transactions to completion.
• Attending meetings with new and existing clients to provide tailored marketing advice and taking on new property instructions.

Requirements

• A valid driving license.
• Experience in commercial property agency (familiarity with the Norfolk/Suffolk area is advantageous but not essential).

Working Arrangements
This is a temporary, full-time position (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am-5:30 pm). However, flexible or part-time working arrangements (minimum 30 hours per week) can be discussed. Hybrid working options are also available.
