About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our client's Commercial team in Norwich as a Commercial Property Agent/Surveyor. The role involves marketing and disposal of a varied portfolio of commercial properties, including offices, retail, and industrial spaces.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and experienced in commercial property agency work, ready to take on a diverse range of responsibilities and work closely with clients to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the promotion and marketing of an existing portfolio of commercial property assets, primarily located in Norfolk and the surrounding areas.
  
  
• Identifying tenants or buyers, negotiating sales and letting terms, preparing Heads of Terms, instructing solicitors, and ensuring smooth progression of transactions to completion.
  
  
• Attending meetings with new and existing clients to provide tailored marketing advice and take on new property instructions.

Requirements

• A valid driving license.
  
  
• Experience in commercial property agency (familiarity with the Norfolk/Suffolk area is advantageous but not essential).
