Business Process Analyst/ERP Superuser

They are seeking a passionate and dynamic ERP Systems Specialist to play a pivotal role in their growth and success.

What will a typical day look like for you?

  • ERP Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of our ERP systems, becoming the go-to expert for all related queries and issues.
  • Process Improvement: Analyse current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and design streamlined workflows to optimise operations.
  • System Integration: Lead the integration of various business systems, ensuring seamless communication between different departments and enhancing overall efficiency.
  • Data Analysis: Leverage data analysis to inform decision-making, drive improvements, and optimise business processes.
  • Technology Optimisation: Continuously assess and implement technological solutions that enhance system performance and align with business objectives.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships across all teams, creating an environment where existing systems are regularly challenged and optimised.
  • Customer Experience: Drive improvements that empower our business to operate at peak efficiency, ultimately enhancing the customer experience.

Is this you?

You'll ideally have proven experience in ERP systems, preferably within the food manufacturing or related industry. A strong background in business process improvement, IT, and data analysis. You must have demonstrated ability to design and implement solutions that meet unique business needs.

You will also need:

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
  • Knowledge of the oat milling or food manufacturing industry is a plus.
