B2B Sales Director

You will be responsible for:
- Formulating and achieving B2B sales targets, maximising profitability through the development of the existing customer base and new sales opportunities.
- Developing new sales channels, products, and customers to grow market share within UK garden centres, discounters and multiples.
- Ensuring the implementation of B2B marketing strategies while exploring potential profitable export markets.
- Preparing, presenting, monitoring, and reviewing B2B sales budgets, including sales reforecasting as required, and monitoring margin performance.
- Ensuring all team members, processes, and procedures add value to the business, contributing to its profitability and success.
- Attending and actively participating in Executive meetings.
What you'll need:
- A commercial mindset with strong management skills.
- Experience dealing with multiples and large accounts, winning new business, and selling products into retailers.
- A blend of professionalism, high emotional intelligence, authenticity, and a passion for sales and developing people.
