Background
With a degree in Accounting and Business from the University of East Anglia, Tom spent the first nine years of his career in various sales roles. Four of those years were spent in Canada, but in 2016 Tom returned to the UK and joined MorePeople.

Promoted to Associate Director in 2024, Tom focuses on all commercial roles for a diverse mix of clients in the fresh produce and food manufacturing space. Tom has worked on multiple retained and executive search projects for c-suite positions and now focuses more of his time in this area.

Tom once appeared on page three of 'The Sun' in an article about his most celebrated sporting achievement - taking 10 wickets for 4 runs while playing cricket for Fakenham III's team!
