The Role

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you'll play a key role in maintaining a smooth and efficient operation. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting the Warehouse Manager in day-to-day warehouse and dispatch operations
• Managing staff rotas, training plans, and performance development
• Monitoring and reporting KPIs to ensure operational targets are met
• Upholding food safety, health & safety, and compliance standards
• Chairing daily team meetings and driving continuous improvement
• Ensuring efficient stock movement, loading, and dispatch processes

About You

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or dispatch supervision
• Must have worked in a high care/food environment previously
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
• IT literate (Microsoft Office, AX, or similar stock management systems)
• Able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-moving environment
• Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and peak periods
• Knowledge of food safety & health regulations is a plus
