Tandee & Van den Berk (VdB) Nurseries, a leading European tree and multi-stem nursery, is expanding its UK operations. With over 350 hectares of production in the Netherlands and a growing presence in the UK, we're looking for a UK Sales Manager to drive their ambitious growth plans.
Following the recent acquisition of Tandee & Van den Berk Nursery in Oundle, they are poised to increase their UK turnover significantly. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic, forward-thinking business with a strong growth story.
What's the Role?
You'll be at the heart of Van den Berk's UK expansion, leading a team and driving commercial growth across the region.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing a growth strategy to target landscape architects, commercial clients, garden designers and various other channels
- Overseeing the development of our UK nursery site in Oundle, which has significant potential for expansion.
- Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborating with the General Manager and the team at Tandee & Van den Berk Nursery aligning with their goals.
- Driving sales growth in the UK market
This isn't just a leadership role - it's a chance to shape the future of VdB in the UK.
What Do I Need?
We're looking for a motivated, commercially astute individual with a passion for growth and leadership. While experience in the tree and shrub industry is useful, it's not essential. What matters most is your ability to drive sales, lead a team, and deliver results.
You might be:
- A business development professional looking for a new challenge.
- A sales leader with experience in horticulture, landscaping, or trees.
- Someone with a passion for growth and a track record of delivering results.
You'll need:
