Shift Pattern - 4 on 4 off - 7-5 weekdays and 6-4 weekends

Main Responsibilities

As the Transport Planner you will need to be able to fully utilise all vehicles and services available in order to create a smooth operation where deliveries are made in a timely manner and within the allocated budget.

Your responsibilities will include managing day-to-day transport operation where you will be required to liaise with various different stakeholders involved within their process.

Your hunger for development and efficiency will be key in refining current logistics processes and ensuring customer satisfaction. You'll also work closely with the Planning Manager to streamline logistics functions, contributing to the overall success of the business.

Required

  • Good understanding of Microsoft packages and planning software.
  • Understand Driver Regulations
  • Previous transport and logistics planning experience.
  • An understanding of current driving legislations.
  • Confident interpersonal skills.
  • Be able to work within a fast-paced environment and be able to thrive within it.
  • Willingness to learn and develop.
