About the job

As Till & Customer Service Manager you'll be responsible for providing excellent Customer Service along with carrying out analysis of transactional reports. You'll be leading a team and will implement solutions to problems when they arise.

Ideal candidate

The ideal candidate would be someone who has past experience within a Customer Service environment. Have strong leadership qualities and previous management experience is essential. You need to be confident in using a computer and have excellent numeracy skills. in environment, preferably within retail. Being in this position you will also need to be approachable, work well under pressure and be able to meet deadlines.
