Are you ready to play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and trust? Our client is seeking a dynamic Technical Administrator to provide crucial support to the Technical departments and business teams. Reporting to the Senior Technical Administrator, you'll work closely with key stakeholders such as the Technical Director and Head of Technical to uphold brand integrity and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Complaint Analysis: Dive deep into customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and ensure our products exceed expectations.
Ethical Compliance Follow-Up: Uphold ethical practices in all dealings and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Specification Management: Take charge of producing and managing internal and external specifications, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Administration Excellence: Maintain meticulous records, attend specification sign-off sessions, and provide support for technical documentation and presentations.
