The Business is a food production company with multiple sites across the UK looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join them for a year.

The Role

Control and coordinate the internal booking in process, with hauliers, suppliers and depots. Update and manage quotations on the business MRP system. Maintain and process the POR system daily, liaising with suppliers to ensure all orders are received into the business as required. Manage the supplier non arrival/shortage report for all depots. Collate supplier performance data into presentation format for buyers. Collate supplier performance data into presentation format for buyers. Maintaining Specification/Non conformance claim spreadsheet Supporting departments on claims, short weights, contract confirmations and communicating said data out to the wider business, where required. Maintain and monitor the external returnable equipment at all depots and ensure the equipment is reconciled, returned in a timely manner and agreed with the supplier.

About You

You will have excellent communication skills and be proficient with technology, computer systems such as Word, Excel etc. Ideally you will have experience within a food manufacturing or FMCG environment and an understanding of short shelf life products. You will have held a role within supply chain coordination previously. Ideally you will be available immediately.
