What you'll be doing
As the Sundries Department Manager, you'll lead a small team to ensure the smooth running of your department, maintaining high standards of customer service, product quality, and a safe, clean environment. You'll also manage stocktakes, recruitment, markdowns, and wastage, while ensuring compliance with Health & Safety standards. As the Department Manager, You'll play a key role in driving the success and growth of a business renowned for its expertise, rich heritage, and unwavering commitment to excellence.

To succeed as the Sundries Department Manager, you'll need strong leadership skills, experience in retail management, and a customer-focused approach. Attention to detail in display, along with the ability to identify sales opportunities, will be key to driving growth in your department.
