As someone with an established background in Production or Shift Management, there will be opportunity to challenge the norm at this business. They want to get better across the board and you will have the absolute buy in from the Head of Operations, who is very like minded and keen to move things forward.

What you'll need:

• A minimum of 3+ years of experience within Shift or Production Manager, within a food manufacturing or fresh produce environment.
• A good understanding of operational excellence and a keen eye for how to get better as a business and team
• Experience with getting the best out of a diverse team, whilst nuturing talent and opportunity from within.
• An attitude that aligns with rolling your sleeves up and getting stuck in.
