We're on the hunt for a driven and passionate Shift Manager to join a Food business that we are recruiting for. You'll be at the heart of operations, leading a dynamic team, ensuring top-tier quality, and keeping production running smoothly throughout.

🔹 Shift Pattern: 6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm | Monday to Friday
🔹 Salary: £45k-£50k (DOE) + Benefits

What You'll Do:

• Take full ownership of your shift, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
• Motivate, support, and lead your team to deliver excellence
• Maintain high food safety and quality standards
• Problem-solve and make critical decisions under pressure
• Drive continuous improvement and efficiency

What We're Looking For:

• A hands-on leader who leads by example
• Strong decision-making skills with a proactive approach
• Previous experience in a fast-paced food manufacturing, restaurant, or hospitality environment
• Ability to work autonomously and take charge
• Passion for delivering top-quality food and service
