Location - Scotland
Salary - £36,500 - £42,000 (depending on experience), plus overtime (OTE - £40k - £50k)

The Business
Our client is one of the world's largest specialists in the Design, Manufacture, Installation and Maintenance of Special Purpose Manufacturing Machinery. Supplying to a range of industries like the Automotive, Aerospace, Plastics and FMCG sectors, they have a range of standard machinery, plus have the capacity and capability of producing fully bespoke systems for their customers.
With a truly worldwide reach, the business has multiple Offices and Service Hubs across the UK, Europe, North and South America, Asia and Pacific, and Australia. Thanks to their continued expansion they are now looking for two additional Service Engineers to join their Scottish Service Team.
The Role
The Service Engineer will be responsible for attending customer's sites to deal with Breakdowns, Calibrations, and new Installations on their range of fully automated manufacturing machinery. Given the specialist nature of their products, the business is providing full product and PLC training to all new recruits, which includes a 2 week trip to Germany to their International Training Facility, as well as UK based training.
Hands on the work will be an even split between Electrical and Mechanical work, with all the necessary tool and parts provided in a fully stocked Van. The Service Engineer will be covering the Scotland, with an average 1 to 2 nights a week depending on the size of the job. All accommodation, meals and expenses will be covered.
The Candidate
- Must have a recognised Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Qualification.
- Must have had experience working on Electromechanical machinery.
- Must have a full UK Driving License.
- Must be willing to stay away when required.
