Title: Senior Category Manager
Salary: £55 - £60K + 15% Bonus + £7K Car Allowance
Location: Greater Manchester

In this role you'll be a trusted category advisor with our customers, providing them with insights and recommendations to drive growth and deliver on joint business plan targets.

​

Key Responsibilities:

• Be seen internally & externally as the expert on the Category, the Shopper and the Consumer.

• Establish collaborative customer relationships built on trust and objectivity to influence Category initiatives in the short, medium and long term. Engaging and influencing a broad range of contacts within the customer.

• Are confident using a variety of data sources (retailer data, continuous data providers and broader market intelligence), to interpret the data and then simplify into compelling insights and strategies to grow sales.

About You

The successful candidate will have five years in FMCG category management, and excel in collaborating with UK Multiples, ensuring successful outcomes.

​

Your profile will include:

• Understanding of the retail environment/marketplace.

• Understanding of the principles and tools of category management.

• Adept at using data platforms such as Circana, Nielsen, Kantar WPO and Retailer own databases
