We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised individual to join a well-established, employee-owned food business. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative experience, preferably within FMCG, who is looking for a stable and rewarding position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day administration of retail and food service accounts
  • Managing contract balances and stock levels
  • Preparing weekly sales reports and analysis
  • Coordinating with Procurement and Operations on lead times and forecasting
  • Supporting customer tenders with detailed administrative tasks
  • Handling benchmarking and sampling requests
  • Assisting with new product launches
  • Conducting market research and store visits
  • Completing new line forms and preparing commercial presentations

Ideal Candidate:

  • 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in FMCG
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Comfortable working in a structured, support-focused role
