Responsibilities will include:

• Day-to-day estate management
• Re-letting, rent reviews, and lease renewals
• Advising on complex land management matters, including legal and tax advice
• Identifying opportunities to diversify and improve client assets

We're looking for a skilled and experienced professional with:

• A degree-level qualification in a relevant discipline
• MRICS or AssocRICS qualification (FAAV status desirable)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Commercially astute and able to generate new business
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to convey complex information
