What you'll be doing

You'll be looking the front end of the production line from dirty intake to washing and grading, they are largely automated so are looking for someone to set the machines as well as manage the team.

About you

• You'll have experience managing a team in a production or operation setting in a food or fresh produce business.
• Ideally you would have an engineering background or some practical understanding of production machinery.
• You will be hungry to grow and develop, the company likes to promote from within.
• You will have experience managing a team of 50+ people.
• In previous roles you will have looked after the beginning of the line.
