What You'll Be Doing

You'll be looking after a section of the production line, they are largley automated so are looking for someone to set the machines as wll as manage the team.

You

You'll have experience managing a team in a production or operation setting in a food or fresh produce business.

Ideally you would have an engineering background or some practical understanding of production machinery.

You will be hungry to grow and develop, the company likes to promote from within.
